Terms of Service

Article 1 (Definitions)

1. Service: Refers to the blog posting assistant program and related additional services developed and provided by the operator.

2. User: Refers to all individuals who agree to these Terms and use the Service.

3. Credit: Refers to the virtual unit used within the Service to utilize AI models (writing, image generation, etc.).

Article 2 (Service Contents and Features)

1. This Service provides AI-powered blog post drafting and platform integration features.

2. This Service does not store the user's blog account information (ID/PW) on the operator's servers and adopts a method where the user logs in directly through their browser.

3. Due to the nature of AI models, generated content may include factual inaccuracies (hallucinations), and the responsibility for final review and publication lies entirely with the user.

Article 3 (Credit Policy)

1. Credits can be acquired through free charging (sign-up benefits, events, etc.) or paid purchases.

2. The credits consumed vary by AI model, and this follows the standards specified on the Service screen.

3. Free credits provided must be used within the validity period if set by the operator, and may automatically expire after the period.

4. Refunds for paid credits are subject to relevant laws and the operator's internal refund policy.

Article 4 (User Obligations)

1. Users must not generate posts using materials that infringe on the copyrights of others, and all legal responsibilities for any violations rest with the user.

2. Users must not hack the Service using abnormal methods or engage in actions that place excessive load on the operator's servers.

Article 5 (Service Interruption and Disclaimer)

1. The operator may temporarily suspend the Service in the event of an external API (e.g., OpenAI) failure and is not liable for any resulting damages.

2. The operator is not responsible for functional limitations caused by policy changes of integrated platforms such as Naver or Tistory.
